Hi guys I m going to start this new post for those people who r preparing for step 2ck and step 3 specially. I have a plan that I will discuss a high yield topic everyday. So I need support from u people. So today I wud like to discuss cardiology 1) chief comp. Chest pain- Find out if it is cardiac or non cardiac. Remember -positional pleuritic tender if any of these positive it is not cardiac. Positional- pericarditis Pleuritic- pneumonia, pneumothorax , pulmo embolism, tensiopneumothorax. Tender- costochondritis. If all absent then think cardiac- chest pain get worse on exertion better on rest, with+- radiation , shortness of breath, palpation. D/D Stable angina, unstable angina and MI. What next? ECG or aspirin. If pain is cardiac go for aspirin. ECG won't change the outcome but aspirin does. Next is ECG. What to look? ST elevation > 1mm if + diagnosis is ST elevation MI. ST dep > .1 mm or T wave inversion- NON ST elevation MI or UA. If no ECG change or transient and chest pain last less than 20 mins on rest- stable angina. What next- if STEMI? Ans- PCI/ CABG. Not cardiac enzymes. What if UA/NSTEMI ?

    if you want some security in your life then you have to prepare for the Usmle exam as it is really needed to pass this exam.0 check it and choose your option to write your papers.

    By using some simple step we can start the work on the preparation of the step 3. Which send me the information but still we need help with accounting homework. And if this work is we never completed then we are not able to do any other kind of work in our life.
